Acknowledgement

I have requested that Circular Recycling drop off a FLIP container at this address. I acknowledge that Circular Recycling will take normal precautions while dropping off the FLIP container at specified delivery location. I will accept all responsibility for any damage that may result to the driveway, sidewalk, yard or other portions of my address. I certify that the provided delivery location can sustain a 19500 lb. vehicle.

If the container is not removed or exchanged at least once every 30 days, a $75 per month container rental fee will be assessed.*

Below is a list of things not allowed to be put into the container. Heavy material like bricks, concrete and dirt, are limited to 1.25/30% of the can.
