I acknowledge that Circular Recycling will take normal precautions while dropping off the FLIP container at specified delivery location. I will assume all responsibility for any damage that may result to the driveway, sidewalk, yard or other portions of my address. I certify that the provided delivery location can sustain a 26000lb. vehicle.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED
Toxic/hazardous wastes such as paint, oil, batteries, asbestos, fuel, chemicals, medical waste, hot materials, liquids, appliances, electronics, tires, railroad ties, propane tanks, and fluorescent light bulbs and ballasts.
Overage charges may incur for anything over the fill line on the container.
If loading concrete or dirt into the container, only 1/3 of the container can be used due to weight limits.
Circular Recycling will take normal precautions while dropping off the FLIP container at specified delivery location. I will assume all responsibility for any damage that may result to the driveway, sidewalk, yard or other portions of my address. Delivery location must be able to sustain a 26000 lb. vehicle. As a point of reference, a large SUV without fuel, people, or cargo will weigh 7500 lbs. and a motorhome will be 35000 lbs.
Materials cannot be sticking up over the sides of the top of the FLIP.
If we are unable to pick up your filled FLIP due to the container being filled improperly, the FLIP is blocked or placed in an unreachable area, there could be an additional trip charge applied to your order. Please note trip charges will incur a supplementary cost per visit from the initial quote.
Rental charges will apply after 15 days if FLIP has not been picked up.
